Product details
Tesamorelin Australia. Tesamorelin has more human trial data behind it than anything else in the growth hormone class. What that research reports is a fall in visceral fat, the deep abdominal fat packed around the organs, along with a rise in IGF-1, the marker showing growth hormone output actually moved. Newer work extends into liver fat and into cognition in ageing populations.
How it does it. Tesamorelin is a hard wearing copy of GHRH, the signal the brain sends the pituitary gland to release growth hormone. It binds the same receptor, so it works one step upstream. Rather than being growth hormone, it is the instruction asking the body to make its own. Natural GHRH is destroyed by an enzyme within minutes, and a small chemical change at one end of the molecule blocks that enzyme. That is the whole reason a copy is used.
The vial. Independently HPLC-tested by Janoshik, with the certificate of analysis published on this page and in the lab-reports library, carrying the measured number and a verifiable Janoshik key. Supplied in 10 mg and 20 mg freeze-dried vials, dispatched from Australia, AUD pricing. Supplied strictly for in-vitro and laboratory research use only. Not for human or animal consumption, not a therapeutic good, not TGA-approved.
Also listed as tesamorelin peptide. Tesamorelin peptide is the same compound as the vials above, the stabilised growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analogue, supplied in 10 mg and 20 mg freeze-dried vials.

Tesamorelin (CAS 218949-48-5; molecular formula C221H366N72O67S, average molecular weight ≈ 5136 g/mol) is a synthetic analogue of the 44-residue growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), modified at the N-terminus with a trans-3-hexenoyl moiety and carrying a C-terminal amide. That N-terminal modification is what distinguishes it from native hGRF(1-44): it confers resistance to dipeptidyl-peptidase-IV cleavage and extends the peptide’s in-vitro stability and half-life.
That non-clinical pharmacology — the trans-3-hexenoyl modification and its DPP-IV-resistance and stability profile — was characterised by Ferdinandi and colleagues (Basic & Clinical Pharmacology & Toxicology, 2007). In receptor and pathway research tesamorelin is referenced as a GHRH-receptor agonist acting on the hypothalamic-pituitary somatotrophic axis.
Its action on endogenous, pulsatile growth-hormone secretion — the pharmacodynamic readout that makes it a useful GHRH-receptor reference agonist — was examined by Stanley and colleagues (The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, 2011). Tesamorelin is also cited in the historical clinical-research literature on GHRH-analogue pharmacology.
As a stabilised GHRH-receptor agonist, tesamorelin is used as a reference standard in growth-hormone-axis research — for receptor-binding work, comparative pharmacokinetics against native GHRH, and downstream somatotrophic-pathway signalling studies.
The information provided here is a research-reference summary only. Elite AU Peptides makes no medical, therapeutic, body-composition, or human-use claim about this product. Tesamorelin is not TGA-approved, is not a therapeutic good, and is supplied strictly for in-vitro and laboratory research use only. Researchers should consult the primary peer-reviewed literature for receptor-binding affinities, pharmacokinetic data, and protocol-specific reference values.
Reconstitute the lyophilised tesamorelin vial with bacteriostatic water for laboratory handling. Add the diluent slowly down the vial wall and swirl gently rather than shaking. Typical research protocols target a 1–2 mg/mL working concentration depending on downstream assay requirements — a 10 mg vial reconstituted in 5 mL of bacteriostatic water yields a 2 mg/mL working stock.
Store the lyophilised powder at −20°C, desiccated and protected from light; once reconstituted, store refrigerated at 2–8°C and use within the documented research window, or aliquot and freeze to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Tamper-evident packaging; the batch label is the canonical reference for the certificate of analysis published in the lab-reports library.

Tesamorelin 20mg. Ordered Friday afternoon so it didn't ship until Monday, then two days to Canberra. Packaging was excellent, vials in foam with a cold pack. The COA download on the product page matched my batch. Would have liked weekend dispatch but that's a small thing.
