Elite AU Peptides is an Australian business. Stock is held here and dispatched from Australia— your order isn’t drop-shipped from overseas, and it doesn’t cross a border to reach you.

• Every batch is independently tested. Purity and content are measured by Janoshik, a third-party analytical lab — not by us. The certificate of analysis for the batch is published on the site, so you can read the actual COA in the lab reports library before you order rather than taking our word for it.
• 32 customers have reviewed their orders, averaging 4.9 out of 5. Every review on the site is tied to a recorded order — none of them are written by us. The full wall, including the star breakdown, is at reviews.
• Everything is supplied for laboratory research use only.Not for human or animal consumption, not therapeutic goods, not TGA-approved. We don’t make claims about what these compounds do — we tell you what’s in the vial and show you the certificate.

The three-step flow

1. You add items to your cart. The cart works exactly like any other online store — add items, change quantities, and see the AUD subtotal, shipping, and total before you pay.
2. You pay securely by card.Choose “Pay by card”, enter your details, and you’ll be taken to Stripe’s secure checkout to pay with any major debit or credit card. As soon as your payment is confirmed we email you a receipt and an order reference.
3. We pack and ship within one business day. Same-day dispatch on payments completed before 12pm AEST, otherwise the next business day. You’ll get a tracking email the moment your parcel leaves us — so you’re never left wondering whether anything happened.

Payment & security

We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payment is processed by Stripe, on Stripe’s own hosted checkout page — Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, and this website never asks for, receives, or stores your full card details. The page you land on is branded EAUP – Australia.

Prices are displayed and charged in Australian dollars (AUD), inclusive of any applicable shipping shown at checkout. You’ll receive an emailed receipt the moment your payment is confirmed, with your order reference on it.

Shipping & dispatch

Australia-only, dispatched from Australia. Free shipping over $100 AUD; a flat rate otherwise, shown in your cart before you pay. Standard 2–5 business days, Express 1–3 metro. Same-day dispatch on payments completed before 12pm AEST, and you get the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is lodged.

Getting in touch

Cancelling or changing an order

• Before dispatch— get in touch as soon as you can. If we haven’t handed your parcel to the carrier yet, we can amend or cancel the order and refund to your original card.
• After shipment— we can’t refund shipped research goods (they’re supplied sealed and the chain of custody for research-product handling can’t be re-validated once dispatched). The detail is in our Refund Policy.
• If something arrives wrong or damaged — tell us and we’ll make it right. Email admin@eliteaupeptides.com with your order reference.
