Refund Policy

We want you to order with confidence. We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, subject to the conditions below and our prior approval.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and sealed in its original, unopened packaging — and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. Because our products are research compounds, items that have been opened, used, or whose tamper-evident seal is broken cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at admin@eliteaupeptides.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any return question at admin@eliteaupeptides.com.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including opened or used compounds, custom or special orders, and hazardous materials. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
