Order processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed before 12pm AEST are typically dispatched the same day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If we experience unusually high order volumes or supply delays, we will notify you by email.
Domestic shipping (Australia)
We ship all orders within Australia from our local fulfilment facility, using trusted carriers such as Australia Post for fast, trackable delivery.

Shipping rates
Shipping is free on orders over $100 AUD. For orders under that threshold, rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery location, and the courier selected. Any promotional shipping offers will be indicated on our website.
Packaging & temperature control
All peptides are shipped in secure, tamper-evident packaging to maintain product integrity. Orders are temperature-protected and handled in line with best practice for research-compound transport.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier link. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active. If you experience any issues with tracking, contact us at admin@eliteaupeptides.com and we will assist promptly.
Shipping restrictions
Due to regulatory compliance, we currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping. All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use — not for human or animal consumption or therapeutic use.
Delays & lost shipments
While most parcels arrive on time, occasional courier or weather delays can occur. If your parcel is delayed or missing, first check your tracking number and the courier's updates, then contact us if your order has not arrived after 7 business days. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to availability.
Incorrect shipping details
Please ensure your delivery details are correct before checkout. We cannot refund or replace items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at admin@eliteaupeptides.com.
