Certificate of analysis
Also: COA
The lab report documenting the identity and measured purity of a specific batch of a compound.
A certificate of analysis (COA) is the laboratory report that documents the identity and purity of a specific batch. For research peptides the key COA is the HPLC purity report from an independent lab — it names the lab, states the measured purity for that batch, carries a batch/report identifier, and gives a test date.
The strongest COA is one you can independently verify with the lab. It is the document that separates verified purity from an unverified marketing claim.
